The DOQ training tool enables proof of employee qualification for defined activities.

The module allows you to create, manage, and conduct necessary training courses. Existing training courses can be used to generate events with different statuses.

All DOQ users with an active role are automatically stored in the qualification module and can be assigned to described activities. One or more training certificates are required for each activity.

The course can be held as a face-to-face event or as self-study via linked documents or video sequences.

After completing a training event, participants will be asked to electronically sign their participation. A certificate of participation is then automatically generated and can be downloaded.

All events are archived and can be filtered according to all criteria.

With a corresponding interface to DOQ, the training certificates can be used as authorization to carry out activities.
